BusinessCards offers digital business cards and services related to this that people and companies may need. By registering on the platform offers the right to use digital business cards, depending on the chosen plan and duration. By purchasing services, users accept the price agreed when selecting the service. Payment shall be made in the established periods and this is visible in the ‘My account’ section of the home page.
Cancellation/product return policy
During the registration and service personalisation process, users can decide how they want their corporate image to be. They can modify this as many times as they wish, provided that they have paid for a service. Users may only modify their contact details in the case of free services, as they do not have personalisation options.
Once the user has selected their service and made the first payment, which is non-refundable, the client has their personalised digital card which they can use for the next 365 days. If they wish, clients may cancel their subscription via “My Account”, and BusinessCards will not take any more payments after the date that the client unsubscribes from the service.
As a guarantee of the contracted services, in specific cases where the client can justify, within 30 days of contracting the service and registering that they have not received the electronic documentation requested from BusinessCards for technical reasons, a refund may be requested for first year subscription fees.
