Think of a hotel chain: a parent company, four brands, each brand with its regions and each region with its hotels. The dashboard is set up the same way, as a tree, with as many levels as you need.

With ReviewCards, each person on your team asks for the Google or TripAdvisor review with their own card, and the dashboard shows which venue and person is asking. It follows Google’s rules: no filtering of opinions and no incentives.

Company FAQ
How many people can I have?
The eCards Team Plan includes up to 5 people in one brand for 49 € a year, VAT not included. For larger teams or several brands we prepare a tailored proposal.
Who can change each person’s details?
The brand administrator. That keeps the image and company details consistent across every card.
What happens when someone leaves the company?
You remove them in the dashboard and their card stops opening that same day. Nobody keeps a company card with outdated details.
Can we have several brands or offices?
Yes. The dashboard works with brands and sub-brands in a tree: each one can have its own design or inherit the main one, and permissions are given per brand.
Can it be integrated with our ERP, such as SAP?
Tell us which system you use and what you want to sync (new starters, leavers, job titles, offices) and we will study it with you as part of the proposal.
How do we pay?
Yearly in advance, by card, through Stripe. Prices do not include VAT. You can cancel from the dashboard and the service keeps working until the end of the paid period.
Is the platform available in other languages?
The dashboard and the cards are in Spanish. If your team needs another language, tell us in your request.
