Digital loyalty card to reward your community

Turn your customers into your community: every purchase earns points on a card they keep in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, and every reward is a reason to come back. No app to download and no need to change your till. For shops, groups of stores and shopping centres.

From customers to community

People don’t come back for a discount: they come back because they feel they belong. Points just make it visible.

Welcome them

Every customer who signs up becomes one of yours: their card with your brand, always on their phone.

Reward those who return

Points for what they spend and rewards you choose. They see their balance in the Wallet and how far they are from the next one.

Bring them back

You know who comes back and how often, and you look after your best customers before they forget you.

What is a digital loyalty card?

A digital loyalty card is the classic points card, but on the customer’s phone: it is saved in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet and shows the points balance, which updates by itself with every purchase. With RewardsCards, the customer signs up with a QR code, the shop assistant scans their card at the till and enters the amount, and the points are added instantly. The customer redeems them for the rewards you choose. Nobody has to install an app or change their till system.

Status: RewardsCards is in preparation. We are choosing the first pilot shops and centres: if you are interested, tell us about your case and we will get in touch.

Why stamp cards and your own app don’t build loyalty

What most shops and shopping centres use today.

The paper stamp card

It gets lost or left at home, and tells you nothing about who buys or how much.

Your own app

Most customers won’t download it for a single shop, and it is expensive to build and maintain.

The card terminal’s or till’s programme

It only works with that provider and can’t extend to another shop or a centre with many stores.

How it works, in three steps

The customer signs up with a QR code

At the counter or on your website. They leave their name and email and save the card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet with one button.

They earn points with every purchase

At the till, the assistant scans the card with their phone and enters the amount. The points appear in the customer’s Wallet instantly.

They redeem their rewards

Discounts, gifts or experiences: you decide the rewards and how many points each one costs. Redeeming is also done by scanning the card.

You see who comes back, and how much they spend

Every purchase and every redemption is logged by customer, shop and assistant. You know who your regulars are and what works, and you spot unusual activity.

What makes RewardsCards different

In the Wallet, no app

The card lives in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which the customer already has. Always at hand, with the balance in view.

The balance updates itself

Every purchase and redemption changes the card on the customer’s phone instantly.

Points for what they spend

Not one stamp per visit: points depend on the amount, and you decide how many each euro earns.

From one shop to a shopping centre

A shop, a chain or a centre with many stores: one card, and each shop sees its own data.

Built against abuse

Limits per customer and day, and alerts on unusual activity per shop or assistant.

Your branding

Your shop’s or centre’s logo and colours, on the card and in the dashboard.

Who it is for

Businesses where customers come back, or should.

Shops and restaurants

Stores, cafés, bakeries, hairdressers: your own points programme without changing your till.

Retailer associations

A shared card for the shops on a street or in a neighbourhood.

Shopping centres

One card for the whole centre, with centre-wide rewards and offers from each shop.

Hotels and clubs

Points for spending in restaurants, spa or shop, on top of the membership card.

What about a shopping centre?

A centre has dozens of shops with different tills, so registering a purchase can’t depend on connecting to each one. We are designing it so customers register their purchase from their phone with the receipt, with checks so a receipt can’t count twice. If you run a centre, we’d like to design it with you.

  • One card for the whole centre
  • Each shop sees its data and publishes its offers
  • No need to connect each shop’s till

Do you need a membership card instead?

If your customers are members who identify themselves and get discounts, see CarnetCards: it is the base on which points are added.

Frequently asked questions about digital loyalty cards

What is a digital loyalty card?

It is the points card on the customer’s phone: saved in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, it shows the balance and updates by itself with every purchase and redemption.

Does the customer need to download an app?

No. They sign up with a QR code and save the card with one button to the Wallet their phone already has.

Do I need to change my till or card terminal?

No. It works separately: the assistant scans the card with their phone and enters the amount. It doesn’t depend on any till provider.

How are points earned?

By the purchase amount: you decide how many points each euro earns. The assistant scans the card, enters the amount and the balance changes instantly on the customer’s phone.

Points or euros?

Points. A euro balance that can be spent across several shops can carry the same legal requirements as electronic money; points you give away for purchases and redeem for rewards are much simpler for you. Each reward can still be worth a discount in euros.

What rewards can I offer?

Whatever you like: discounts, products, experiences or perks. You decide how many points each one costs.

What if an assistant or a customer tries to cheat?

Every movement is logged with the shop, the assistant and the time, there are limits per customer and day, and the dashboard flags unusual activity.

Does it work for a shopping centre with many shops?

Yes, it is one of the cases we are designing it for: one card for the whole centre and purchases registered with the receipt, without connecting each shop’s till.

How much does it cost?

We are setting prices with the first pilots. Tell us what you have and we will send you a proposal.

When will it be available?

We are preparing the pilots. If you write now, you join the list and we will tell you first.
