01
One per person, not one per venue
Every team member has their own. You know where it’s being asked from and by whom.
02
Removed instantly
When someone leaves, their card stops opening that same day. Any codes already printed still lead to the venue’s review page, so no guest ever hits an error.
03
With your business’s look
Logo, colours and typeface. If you have several venues or brands, each can have its own or inherit the one above, and you change it once for all.
04
Within Google and TripAdvisor rules
There’s no screen asking “how was it?” before letting guests through, nobody is diverted to a private channel and there are no per-person targets. That’s exactly what both platforms prohibit and why they remove reviews. Scan counts are there to see who uses the tool, not to reward or pressure anyone.
05
The destinations you choose
Google and TripAdvisor as standard, plus your own survey, loyalty platform or whichever portal you use, each counted separately. What we don’t do is line them up to filter: your survey can sit next to Google, never before it to screen out unhappy guests.
06
The same, for the venue’s contact details
The same card carries the business’s contact details in a code guests can save to their phone even without signal, with buttons to call, book and get directions.
