Data retention in compliance with the Law for Information Society Services
Touchless Aplications SL informs that, as a data storage service provider and by virtue of Law 34/2002 of the 11 July of Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce and Directive 2000/31/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council retains the information that is necessary to identify the source of stored data and the moment that service provision began for 12 months. The retention of this data will not affect the secrecy of communications and the data shall only be used in the context of a criminal investigation or to safeguard public security and shall be placed at the disposal of judges and/or courts of the Ministry that requires it. This data shall be communicated to State Forces and Bodies by virtue of data protection regulations.
Intellectual property rights
Touchless Aplications SL is the owner of all copyright, intellectual and industrial property rights, “know how” and any other rights related to the content of this website and the services offered on it, as well as the programmes needed for its implementation and related information. Reproduction, publication and/or total or partial use of the content of this website which is not strictly private is strictly forbidden without prior, written consent.

Touchless Aplications SL shall make back-ups of the content stored in their servers. However, they shall not be liable for users losing or accidentally erasing data. Similarly, they do not guarantee ability to completely recover data erased by users, because this may have been wiped and/or modified during the time that has passed since the last back-up was made.
The services offered, apart from specific back-up services, do not include the recovery of content retained in back-ups made by Touchless Aplications SL when this loss is the fault of the user. In this case, a fee shall be established depending on the complexity and volume of the recovery, and shall be subject to the user accepting this. The recovery of erased data is only included in the service price when the loss of content is the fault of Touchless Aplications SL.
Commercial communication
In compliance with the Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce and Directive 2000/31/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council, Touchless Aplications SL shall not send advertising or promotional communications by email or any other equivalent electronic communication channel unless this has been previously requested or authorised by the recipients. In the case of users with an existing contractual relationship, Touchless Aplications SL is authorised to send commercial communication about Touchless Aplications SL’s products and services which are similar to those that the client originally contracted.
In any case, after confirming their identity, clients may request not to be sent any further commercial information via the Customer Services channels.
